7 scoops oatmeal (1 3/4 cups)
2 tsp brown “Sugar Twin” (brown Sweet ‘n’ Low)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup un-sweetened apple sauce
4 scoops chocolate (or vanilla) whey powder
2 dashes cinnamon
1 tsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 325, bake for 20 minutes Makes 1 dozen cookies…each cookie has 14g of protein

I have always thought that Scott was a great photographer especially when it comes to Disneyland pictures I included just a few along with some of me and the girls at our favorite place. The guy in the Gap sweater is actually a actor try to figure out what he played in it will drive you crazy I know it drove Scott and I crazy until we figured out what he played in.
Today we tool a much needed day as a family to the mountains. We went to Sierra Summit to teach the kids to learn how to snowboard. It was perfect up there and the weather was good. It was great to spend time with Heather and the girls. It has been a while since we have done something like this as a family so the kids were super excited. All it cost us was the gas money.
